Arrival in Lima
At your arrival, you will be received by our local representative at the airport. Once at the hotel you will be assisted during the check in process.
Dinner will be provided at the restaurant of the hotel, making an easy night after your flight.
Overnight in Lima.
We will visit Lima Historical Center, where the Main Square and the Government palace are located. The city was founded in 1535, and this area is characterized by the colonial and baroque architecture. Crossing the Main Square, also surrounded by the Cathedral, and the Municipality of Lima, a few meters away we will find the San Francisco convent, which has an enviable collection of old books and it is possible to visit an authentic network of catacombs.When you finish the visit to the built-up area, a World Heritage listed by UNESCO, you will visit the modern Miraflores and San Isidro districts, ending the tour at the Love Park, located in front of the ocean, which shows a spectacular sight of Lima´s Bay.
OPTIONAL: Bike tour in Miraflores
Wander through lovely streets and alleys in Miraflores. The route runs from a starting point in Miraflores via seawalls to the Puente de los Suspiros in Barranco (south side), down to beaches through Barranco, walk along the coastal edge until you reach the Mirador del Club Regatas and return through the Chorrillos district, you will see on the way many parks and piers with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
After the visits we will head to the restaurant for lunch at Cala, in front of the Pacific Ocean.
Afternoon at leisure.
At appropriate time, transfer to Mangos restaurant to enjoy your dinner with a nice view.
Overnight in Lima.
Lima / Cusco
After breakfast we will depart to Lima´s airport, for a 55 minutes flight to Cusco.
Once in Cusco our local guide will receive you and take you to your hotel.
Lunch at Pachapapa restaurant.
After lunch, we will explore the City of Cusco, a beautiful place full of secrets, the narrow stone streets built by the Incas make a great contrast with Colonial balconies.
The city itself is almost a living museum where every corner has a story, visit the Monastery of Santo Domingo, which was once called Koricancha, it’s the largest Inca temple dedicated to the worship of the sun, according to the chronicles it was covered with gold leaf and filled with golden representations concerning nature. You will also visit Cusco's Cathedral built in 1539, the main temple of the city and houses the headquarters of the diocese of Cusco. The Basilica next with the triumph temple and the Holy Family temple are the Body of the Cathedral, is located in the main square of Cusco, in the top of the Sunturwasi, the Palace of Viracocha Inca King.

Sacred Valley of Urubamba
Today we will take part of the activities of legendary Inca traditions, visiting the Andean communities with a unique color and tradition, we will also appreciate the magnificent archaeological constructions in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Maras Village and Salt Mines
Our first stop will be Maras town, located at 1 hour from Cusco. It was an important town during colonial times, as is evidenced by its churches and the mansions that still bear the crests of noble indigenous families on their facades. Today its main economic activity is agriculture.
Nearby to the town is an outcrop of salty thermal waters, the stunning landscape features salt pans that are still used exactly as they were at the time of the Incas. As you make your way through the region, you’ll see people doing the backbreaking work of harvesting salt on small family plots. The salt gathered here is some of the best in the world. Water, naturally salt-infused, flows down from the mountains and settles in the pans. As the water evaporates, salt remains, to be extracted with simple tools.
OPTIONAL: Team building activity - Hidden Treasures at the Sacred Valley
The Inca Empire, one of the most important in the world of fifteenth and sixteenth century, occupied most of South America. The Inca, the main authority has convened a group of foreign (notables) to enable access to be part of his royal court and this has created a series of tasks that allow him to decide whether to accept or not.
These tests show the courage, skill, ability to understand our culture. Guests are separated into groups (provinces or suyos. Some of the tasks to consider are: Kipus, Adobes, fabrics and talent (dances), pankas (corn leafs).
At the end those chosen will have a party with live music and prizes for the lucky ones.
After this unique experience we will head to Moray to visit one of the most impressive archaeological sites for its significant value.
Moray archeological center
It is believed was an agricultural research center where experiments were conducted at different heights crop, the arrangement of its platforms microclimates produces a gradient of the center bearing a higher temperature and decreasing gradually to the outside temperature and can thus simulate up to 20 different types of microclimates, each of these platforms represents about a thousand meters of altitude in normal tillage. It may have served as a model for the calculation of agricultural production.
After this visit we will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in the sacred valley.
We will get on board the transport and drive to the hotel in Cusco, after getting some time to relax, dinner will be served at the restaurant of the hotel.
Overnight in Cusco.
We will pick you up from your hotel very early in the morning, to begin our incredible adventure. We will travel about 3.5 hours in our private van through the Valle del Sur until we reach the beginning of the trail in Quesiuno (4,326 m / 14,189 ft); Along the way there are stunning views of agriculture terraces, canyons and snowcapped mountains. Once the beginning of the trail arrives, we will have a light breakfast, and then start with our walk; You can observe herds of alpacas and llamas on the way, also getting beautiful views of the Ausangate mountain.
After a walk of approximately 3.5 hours, we will finally arrive at our destination, Vinicunca the Rainbow Mountain (5,020 m / 16,466 ft); We will have an hour to enjoy, take pictures of the natural landscape.
At the indicated time we will start the return, the walk will take us about 2.5 hours until we return to the starting point, where our private transportation awaits us that takes us to the town of Pitumarca to take our lunch. After lunch, we will start the 3 hour trip back to the city of Cusco, where we will arrive at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Early in the morning we will depart to the train station, the Vistadome train will take us by the Sacred Valley of the Incas to the Cloud forest in about 3.5 hours train ride following the Urubamba River, the scenery is just fantastic with the snowcap mountains and river rapids.
Once in Aguas Calientes town (the closest town to the citadel) we will get a 30 minutes bus ride to the top of the mountain, where Machu Picchu is located.
Machu Picchu, World wonder; built in the middle of the fifteenth century, used to be one of the holiday homes of Pachacutec. However, is considered by some as a religious shrine, and both uses, the palace and sanctuary could be compatible. Both the architecture and engineering are a masterpiece, its unique architectural features, the landscape, and the veil of mystery that has woven around contribute to consider it a World Heritage Site and one of the new seven wonders of the modern world.
After the guided tour we will get back to the town for lunch at Café Inkaterra, simply the best quality food you will try.
On the afternoon, we will take the train back to Cusco station according to the itinerary, for this trip we will enjoy a snack on board, as well as a fun and colorful entertainment show presented by the train staff. The Vistadome service has also air conditioning and heating, leather seats that adjust the body to provide comfort and relaxation during the entire trip.

Cusco / Puno
This journey from Cusco to Puno is also known as the ‘Sun Route’ lasts approximately 10 hours by a comfortable motor coach, in the course we will have 4 stops in Andean villages and important archaeological sites such as the temple of Andahuaylillas or Sistine Chapel of America, the Inka temple of Raqchi, the pass of the Raya at 4335 meters above sea level and the Inka Aymara museum of Pukara. Each visit will last 20 to 40 minutes, where you will be able to explore the attraction at your own discretion, making this experience an unforgettable activity.
Andahuaylillas “Sistine Chapel of America” (3,400 meters of altitude)
You will visit the church of San Pedro Apóstol de Andahuaylillas, built by the Jesuits in the 16th century. Like other Spanish and religious constructions of the time, it was built on top of a huaca or sacred place for the Incas. Made of adobe and brick, the church is a small structure consisting of a single nave, apse and bell tower.
Raqchi “Temple of Wiracocha” (3450 meters of altitude)
The most important building within the complex is the “Wiracocha temple” that according to the ancient chroniclers was built by the Inca Wiracocha in honor of the invisible Superior God of the Andean people: “Apu Kon Titi Wiracocha”. The “Wiracocha Temple” is a great construction for that age, architecturally it is classified as “Kallanka”, that is, a tall building completely covered with straw (wood and “ichu”).
Marangani – Sicuani (3552 meters altitude)
Sicuani is a relatively large city of the highlands. The city is an important intersection, with the road to Puno / Arequipa passing through here. This city is surrounded by beautiful snowy hills.
You will enjoy a buffet lunch in this city.
La Raya (4335 meters of altitude)
Abra La Raya (La Raya) is the watershed between the valley that flows into Lake Titicaca and the valley that leads to Cusco and the Sacred Valley.
Pucará Museum (3900 meters of altitude)
It was the first regional population nucleus in the Titicaca basin north of the lake during the Late Formative Period (500 BC-200 AD), which provides valuable information about the origins of the Andean civilization in the highlands. During its heyday it covered more than a square kilometer and housed thousands of bureaucrats, priests, artisans, farmers, shepherds, and possibly warriors.
The Pucará style is identified by impressive monolithic sculptures with a variety of geometric, zoomorphic, and more intricate anthropomorphic images, multi-colored ceramics in a variety of ritual and domestic forms.

Titicaca Lake - Taquile - Luquina - Uros
After breakfast we will continue to the port and take a day boat excursion to explore the Lake Titicaca and local communities such as Taquile, Luquina and the Uros floating islands which are an extraordinary feat of engineering.
You will sail to Taquile Island; 2.5 hours visit of this natural island, known for its friendly people, who still preserve traditional customs and clothes. We will see a community of weavers isolated from civilization that preserves the tradition of the millenary weaving of the Incas (learning to weave with the natives of the island, interpretation of the pre-Columbian script), declared World Intangible Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO; return by the traditional way. At midday departure from the port of Taquile, towards the Chucuito Peninsula, Aimara region that represents the identity of the Peru - Bolivian Altiplano, for a buffet lunch of regional food in the Community of Luquina Chico in "La Casa del Pescador". In the afternoon, return to Puno visiting the traditional Uros Islands, where we will appreciate an ancestral culture that maintains its customs and life around the totora weavings (native plant around the lake).
The Uros people live on over 40 self-constructed floating islands on Lake Titicaca, the islands are made almost entirely from dried totora reeds which grow naturally and abundantly in the lake.
Afternoon return to your hotel and dinner.

Puno - Lima - International Departure
In the morning we will depart to Juliaca airport for the domestic flight to Lima, once there, a local representative will assist you with the connection to your international flight.
