The Fine Print (Deposits & Cancellation policy):
A $400 per person deposit is required at the time of booking passengers into the group for Categories 2-6;
$800 per person deposit required for Categories 1, Deluxe, and Owners Suite.
$235 Port Charges are extra
No cabins will be held until payment is received.
Final payment for the group is due on July 28, 2025
If payment is not made by this date, Star Clippers reserves the right to cancel booking and hold all received monies as a cancellation fee.
Passport number and expiration date is required at the time of booking.
Customers must be residents or have a resident Visa for the USA, Canada or Latin America.
Star Clippers requires all travelers to have a valid passport. All itineraries require that passports are valid for (6) months beyond the
completion of your travel. Passport Cards or copies of Passports are not accepted. Visa requirements and regulations in regards to
vaccination certificates and other health requirments vary by destination. It is the sole responsibility of each guest to obtain and have
Other cancellation penalties occur per the following schedule:
120 days or more before departure = Deposits are refundable
119-90 days prior to departure = Forfeit full deposit
89-60 days prior to departure = 50% of cruise fare
59-30 days prior to departure = 75% of cruise fare
29 days or less prior to departure = No Refund
Gratuities on board the ship are not included in the cruise fare and are at the sole discretion of each guest based on the level of service performed. However for your guidance, suggested gratuities are $11 per guest, per day, and may be charged to your onboard account.
