Day 1: Touchdown in Bogota
- Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by an Afloat representative who will whisk you away from the bustling international airport to your comfortable hotel.
- Settle into your room with double accommodation

Day 2: Journey to La Primavera, Vichada
- After breakfast, an Afloat representative will escort you to the airport for your charter flight to La Primavera (a scenic 1 hour and 30-minute journey).
- Upon landing in La Primavera, prepare for an adventurous 4-hour drive in sturdy 4-wheel trucks, followed by a serene 15-minute boat ride to the heart of our expedition – Akuani Floating Camp.
- On arrival, savor welcome drinks and snacks as you soak in the breathtaking surroundings.
Days 3-8: Angling Adventures on the Tomo River
- Each day, embark on thrilling fishing excursions on the Tomo and Gavilan rivers. Discover the prime fishing spots, from sandy banks to rocky outcrops and hidden lagoons.
- On Friday night, gather around the campfire for a magical evening with a local music group, celebrating the end of an unforgettable week.
Day 9: Return to Bogota
- Retrace your steps with a return journey to La Primavera, then board your private charter flight back to the urban comforts of Medellin or Bogota.
